This was previously reported and I was emailed to say it was fixed. As you can see this is not fixed, unless the timings are off?

  • Thank you for letting us know about this problem. We’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed your enquiry to our Lighting Team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter.

    We will now investigate and provide you with an update within the next 7 days

  • Following our site visit, we’ve identified that the repair is more complex than initially anticipated.

    Additional work is required, which may involve specialist equipment, civil engineering support, or coordination with external contractors such as SSEN. We’re currently arranging the necessary resources to complete the repair safely and to the required standard.

    We’ll provide an update once the next stage of work has been scheduled.
