Car Park

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 930644.

I am having a tree removed as part of a repair to a wall and the tree guys have asked for some of the car park to be blocked for safety and access. How does she go about that as the car park is already partially cordoned by someone, She is guessing the council. although she was never notified, but they need more space than that.
