Road closure

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 927524.

Men who were removing the 30mph signs have closed the road and held up traffic this morning. No diversion signs to direct traffic and the que had to turn on the narrow road where one man only needed to move a a van and let everyone through.
