Large Pothole on Pavement

Hello, this hole has been here for a number of years now - I think this has probably been ignored due to confusion of responsibility given the common access area - I have checked Title Deeds and confirmed that the pavement still falls under public pathway so would be eligible for council repair. I’m concerned, particularly as winter approaches of the challenges that may confront wheelchair users / buggy users as well as elderly pavement users.

  • We’re currently developing our approach to displaying priorities and target completion times to keep residents better informed. In the meantime, we’ll continue to assess the level of risk and allocate resources based on urgency, location, and the availability of repair teams.

    This defect has been added to our works programme and will be scheduled accordingly.
