Danger to pedestrians at temp lights at 4-roads junction St James Place

Reported via desktop in the Traffic Lights Fault - Other category anonymously at 13:55, Wed 3 September 2025

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 923737.

Temporary traffic lights have signs "pedestrian crossing when red light shows" . This is extremely dangerous as the red light is actually to stop traffic to let traffic in other directions through. Any pedestrian crossing by this "pedestrian crossing" sign when a light is red risks being knocked down by traffic approaching from another direction
