Speed signs

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 922387.

New flashing speed sign isn’t working and the old one isn’t working properly either.

Speeding cars going past is a problem. Don’t feel safe walking along road with kids.

  • We’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed your enquiry to our local Roads Team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when that assessment has taken place.

  • We’re currently developing our approach to displaying priorities and target completion times to keep residents better informed. In the meantime, we’ll continue to assess the level of risk and allocate resources based on urgency, location, and the availability of repair teams.

    This defect has been added to our works programme and will be scheduled accordingly.
