Streetlight not working

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 922373.

The streetlight was broken and has been replaced and has not turned on since it was being replaced.

  • Following our site visit, we’ve identified that the repair is more complex than initially anticipated.

    Additional work is required, which may involve specialist equipment, civil engineering support, or coordination with external contractors such as SSEN. We’re currently arranging the necessary resources to complete the repair safely and to the required standard.

    We’ll provide an update once the next stage of work has been scheduled.
