Wet patch on the road with trail of water

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 921288.
There is water running from the middle of the road opposite the church this is coming up from a previous patched area given the issues with landslides and ground movement i thought this would be best brought to your attention there is a good steady flow of water and this is running down round the corner at the church to where the old public toilets were there is also a lot of green slime around the area given its the height of tourist season this could pose an issue with being slippy

We’ve completed our inspection and identified that the issue relates to an obstruction or defect for which a private party is responsible, under the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984.
The Roads Authority is taking appropriate action to resolve the matter. This may include requiring the responsible individual or organisation to carry out remedial work within a specified timescale.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation and take further steps if necessary to ensure compliance.
