Street lights in Duke Lane

For the past two weeks the street lights have been off in Duke Lane. There are 3 street lights in the lane and none of them are working. In turn it means the lane is really dark at night. Most of the street lights are also off on North Street which isn't helping either. If you walk home after dark a torch is needed as it can be difficult to see.
