Cars and vans don't seem to be moving.

Reported via desktop in the On Street Parking Issue category anonymously at 12:51, Thu 14 August 2025

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 921031.

I have noticed these 5 white vans on School Road Kintore and the lorry with trailer (often attached to a car instead) parked into the entrance at East Park Road for many months now. I thought it was only in the evenings after work, but having been on holiday for last 6 weeks these vehicles hardly move at all. The white vans obscure people at the bus stop making it difficult to see a bus coming or the bus to see you, and the lorry and trailer in East Park Road are making entry and exit from that junction extrememly challenging. Often you turn in but have to slam on breaks as another car is trying to get past the lorry and trailer. This can mean the back of your car is sticking onto the main road which can be really busy between 3pm and 7pm. I wondered if someone was running a business from the house on the corner? Obviously there is no parking restrictions here but with a bad bend in East park road and a junction I don't think using this in such a permanent way is safe.
