Old pier and outer harbour lighting all out

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 919899.

Received an email saying the lighting problem has been fixed.But still in darkness on the old pier and outer harbour,ref 919452.Problem has been ongoing for 2 weeks now,every time a fixed email is received the lights fail to come on.The navigation light on the breakwater runs off the street lighting,and visiting yachts crews are accessing the pier in total darkness at night,anyone falling in the water would be difficult to locate,please could someone find the fault causing this ongoing issue
