• We’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed your enquiry to our local Roads Team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when that assessment has taken place.

• This issue has still not been looked at. Gully is still blocked. My last update from you said it had been assigned to a team to fix. This was nearly 6 weeks ago. Please can you get someone to come and fix this.

• The issue you reported has now been resolved.

  Depending on the nature and scope of the initial enquiry, the necessary repairs will have been carried out either by our frontline maintenance crews or, in some cases, completed directly by one of our inspectors during their site visit.
