Pole appeared yesterday
Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 918835.
Poles appeared on the pavement next to a path outside a window. The other pole is obscured by at tree. Can someone please explain the theory behind the siting of these poles. Please call back to explain
