Debris from burnt out car

Reported via mobile in the Road Safety Issue category anonymously at 06:36, Wed 30 July 2025

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 918763.

On Monday 28th July there was a car fire on the B9001 just outside the junction to Daviot Estate. The area has been coned off but there is oil and debris on the road. The cones that have been put in place push the traffic out closer to oncoming traffic. Likely accident given the volume of traffic on that road (particularly larger HGV vehicles. Can the debris be cleared and a road sweeper be deployed to ensure that the road is safe before reopened.
