Gullies are clogged

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 918521.
Hello. Issue was reported on 21st. But the update is that Scottish Water technician came this morning. According to Scottish Water assessment, on 28th, gullies are clogged. Not only need cleaning but also check if pipes are not damaged. Consequences of water leaking inside property at 34 church street. SW said they had reported to the local council. Council assessment to be done quickly, as rains expected

We’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed your enquiry to our local Roads Team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when that assessment has taken place.

We have an update - we’ve completed our assessment of the defect logged with us and evaluated the risk it poses.
This risk level determines our target response time which are then are used to prioritise and programme work.
At this stage, other defects posing a higher risk are taking priority and we are not planning to carry out any repair work here at this time. The defect location has been recorded and will be assessed again during the next planned inspection for any further deterioration.
