Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 918424.
At the bottom of Kemnay quarry road exiting right or left from kemnay your view is restricted by long grass on the verge . You have to pull out quite far before you can see oncoming traffic. With traffic coming round the corner from kintore side at speed accidents are waiting to happen . I'm aware I'm not the only person to report this .
