Drain on pavement with no cover on it

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 918324.
Been like this for weeks. I came off the road and went onto the pavement and my leg went in the drain causing cuts and bruising on my leg and have had a sore foot for 2 weeks now.

We’ve had a look at the issue and have now passed your enquiry to our local Roads Team for assessment. They’ll determine what action is needed and we’ll update you once that assessment has taken place.

The issue you reported has now been resolved.
Depending on the nature and scope of the initial enquiry, the necessary repairs will have been carried out either by our frontline maintenance crews or, in some cases, completed directly by one of our inspectors during their site visit.
