Street Light problem

General EnquiryPlease note I am not reporting a faulty street light, but the 20mph warning lights. I reported this previously and was advised it was fixed: ref 875290. The lights continue to not flash at any time. This is a request on behalf of the Mill O’Forest Parent Voice.;
