Installation of Pole

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 917804.

I wanted to query why a pole has been erected on what we believe to be our private land. This was done on Friday 18th July and it is outside our business, DJR Engineering Limited, just off Station Road in Oldmeldrum. Having looked at the title plan of our land, it appears that the pole has been installed within our boundary, if you look at this area on street view you will see there is a maintained pavement that goes just around the corner then stops, this then leads to an unkept area which we believe is within our boundary, this is the section where the pole has been installed. We have had no notification of a pole being installed or any explanation as to what it will be for. Can you please look into this and get back to me.
