Road Markings problem

Double yellow lines worn opposite entrance to Inverurie Locos,Harlaw park, problem is people are parking on the worn lines, and when buses etc enter and leave Harlaw park they struggle to get out and in due to parked cars, also being at the junction it’s an accident waiting to happen.;

Updates

  • We have an update - we’ve completed our assessment of the defect logged with us and evaluated the risk it poses.

    This risk level determines our target response time which are then are used to prioritise and programme work.

    At this stage, other defects posing a higher risk are taking priority and we are not planning to carry out any repair work here at this time. The defect location has been recorded and will be assessed again during the next planned inspection for any further deterioration.
