Other problem

I have reported this before. Opposite 14deeview Rd there was water coming into my garden. The police came to my door 3am 3yrs ago or approx. As a burst pipe under pavement/Rd. It was an emergency and sorted.
Opposite my gate water is coming up at the join of the kerb & Rd. Water running down the Rd and across going down hill. In the winter time it’s like a sheet of ice. Reported last winter. A serious accident waiting to happen as cars/ people etc slide on it. Very dangerous. Can it please get sorted asap. ;
