Customer called this morning to report that there are 3 gullies collapsed and sunk in this lane. Customer advised that they have been like this for some time but they have got worse.

Updates

  • We have an update - we’ve completed our assessment of the defect logged with us and evaluated the risk it poses.

    This risk level determines our target response time which are then are used to prioritise and programme work.

    At this stage, other defects posing a higher risk are taking priority and we are not planning to carry out any repair work here at this time. The defect location has been recorded and will be assessed again during the next planned inspection for any further deterioration.
