Gully problem

Hello I contacted you a few years ago regarding rainwater drainage under pavement at front of my house . But the front of my property is getting very damp and bits of the pointing is cracking and falling off. I was wondering if the council would be able to repair the problem .Please let me know what can be done. Thank you

  • We have an update - we’ve completed our assessment of the defect logged with us and evaluated the risk it poses.

    This risk level determines our target response time which are then are used to prioritise and programme work.

    At this stage, other defects posing a higher risk are taking priority and we are not planning to carry out any repair work here at this time. The defect location has been recorded and will be assessed again during the next planned inspection for any further deterioration.
