Gully chocked
Reported via desktop in the Gully category anonymously at 20:31, Thu 3 July 2025
Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 915719.
The gully is so chocked the grass is growing out of it. The same applies to the gully above it too. In the winter the water runs down the hill instead of going into the drainage system and accumulates at the bottom roundabout, with the potential for freezing and becoming a safety issue.

We have an update - we’ve completed our assessment of the defect logged with us and evaluated the risk it poses.
This risk level determines our target response time which are then are used to prioritise and programme work.
At this stage, other defects posing a higher risk are taking priority and we are not planning to carry out any repair work here at this time. The defect location has been recorded and will be assessed again during the next planned inspection for any further deterioration.
