The footpath outside No 43 Petergrange Rd is now impassible due to overhanging trees. Not only is the footpath impassible there is a serious view restriction for vehicles driving on the carriage way.

• We’ve completed our inspection and were unable to log a defect requiring action by the Roads Service.

  In many cases, this means the issue may relate to land or infrastructure that is not maintained by our service. This could include areas looked after by another part of the Council — such as housing, landscape, or waste services — or by a third party, such as a utility provider, housing association, developer, or private landowner.

  If the situation changes, or if you’re able to provide additional information, you’re welcome to get back in touch. However, if the issue continues to fall outside the Roads Service’s responsibility, it will remain with the appropriate service or owner to address.
