  • Thank you for contacting us.

This issue has already been reported to us and has been assessed, or is currently being managed by our inspection and repair teams.

You can view the existing report by selecting the pin shown on the map. This will provide information about the outcome of our initial assessment, the current status of the report, and any available repair timescales where further action is required.

Please note that submitting additional reports for the same defect does not affect its priority or repair timescale. Defects are assessed and prioritised according to their location, condition and potential risk to public safety, ensuring that the most urgent issues are addressed first.

We have linked your report to the existing enquiry rather than creating a new one, and you will be automatically notified of any changes to the existing report, including any significant deterioration in the condition of the defect that may require earlier intervention or a change to the planned repair date.

Submitting duplicate reports can delay the processing of new issues that have not yet been reported. We therefore encourage you to review the existing report for the latest information rather than creating a new enquiry.

Thank you for your assistance in helping us manage and respond to defects efficiently.
