Roadside drain fully blocked

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 984967.

1. All the raid side drains on this part of road are fully silted up and blocked as is the pipe under the road taking water to the ditch. These drains fill with silt very regularly and I’m getting too old to clean them for you as I sometimes have done . 2. Also, the raised tar that was laid alongside the length of the house and steading to protect the house and steading from running surface water during rain - is becoming worn and is allowing water ingress to the house (East Muirton ) and steading foundations - and this needs to be rectified - possibly by running hot liquid tar sealant along the interface between house and steading wall and the road. With winter approaching this should be considered a priority . I am 69 years old . Please advise if I need to do a separate request for the roadside to be re sealed as per (2) above. Thank you
