Drain is blocked again, water not draining and standing on the road.

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 984834.

I have cleaned the leaves on top of the drain but it's full of water and not draining. Potential for dirty water as well. The problem might be further along on the road with another drain blocked
