Dirty wet wipes/litter problem next to bus stop(without shelter) along Urqhart Road, Oldmeldrum leading to Wyrive Court Lane. Folk are chucking litter as they come off buses. Tried to get a bin installed from the council but was told by the council that they would monitor this ongoing issue. This litter has been sitting for weeks now and nothing has been done. Therefore the council is obviously not monitoring this issue.
